DUPLICATE PAYMENTS OR DEFECTIVE FILES
In the event of a duplicate payment or a defect in a product caused on our end, contact us so the issue can be reviewed for replacement or correction.

Issues involving duplicate payments or defective files should be reported within seven days of purchase. Include your order number and a clear description of the problem.
