Digital Delivery Policy

All products sold at Mod Haven University are digital downloads — no physical items are shipped.

How to Access Your Files

Mod Haven University delivers all digital products exclusively through our Discord server. Here's how the process works:

  1. Before checkout — Enter your Discord username in the required field before adding the item to your cart.
  2. Complete your purchase — You'll receive an order confirmation email containing your 4-digit order number.
  3. Open a ticket in our Discord — Join our Discord server and create a support ticket, providing your 4-digit order number.
  4. Role assignment — Once your order is verified, you'll be assigned the appropriate role, granting you access to your purchased files and course materials.

Important Notes

  • A valid Discord username is required at checkout — orders without one cannot be fulfilled.
  • Please ensure your Discord username is entered correctly; we cannot deliver access to an incorrect account.
  • Access is granted manually after ticket verification, so allow some processing time.

Refunds

All sales of digital products are final, as noted in our Refund Policy. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
